Jam Fitness was founded in August 2019 by Wayne and Luke. Their goal is to bring a fresh and fun approach to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. They aim to reach everyone, no matter their starting level of fitness, as they want anybody to be able to reap the benefits of improved health and fitness through training and nutrition. As individuals who have been semi-professional sportsmen most of their lives, and are now qualified trainers, they are uniquely placed to motivate and help anyone who wants to start or continue their fitness journey. They emphasise that they actively encourage those who are new to exercise, and will take them on a fitness journey that will see their bodies change and become stronger and healthier. Greater physical health also has a positive improvement on mental health, there is no better time to start your journey.
Wayne has been a personal trainer for many years and has multiple qualifications in fitness and nutrition. He has an infectious enthusiasm for his job and he believes in people bettering themselves and achieving their fitness goals through enjoyable but challenging training. He passionately believes that making the fitness journey fun is a key factor in success. He excels in body fat reduction, muscle tone and development, strength and conditioning, weight loss and body confidence.
Luke is a fitness instructor with many years of sporting and fitness experience, particularly in football where he gained a wealth of knowledge through playing and working with some of the best coaches in the game. His love of sport and fitness training has led him to want to share his knowledge and passion and to help others to improve their physical and mental health. He excels in football specific fitness, circuit training, muscle gain, muscle toning and weight loss.
